Returns and Exchanges Policy

We value customer satisfaction and want you to love your High Point furniture. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Shipping fees for returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing once the return is received. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase for future reference.
